Find fun ways to incorporate these affirmations into your child’s day, include in a mantra with kid’s yoga/mediation. Place one on their mirror, have them recite an affirmation whenever they are feeling down about a certain situation or right before they go to bed, the opportunities are endless!

I love these so much!
We pull 2-3 cards while we eat breakfast and go over the chosen affirmations. I can tell the difference in my toddler when we do/don’t them, and it’s great to go back and refer to them throughout the day or when we need a pick-me-up before we do something new/scary.

kia ora, these cards have been so loved and used within our whare. Although this kaupapa is aimed at supporting pepi's, these cards have helped not just our whole whanau, but myself and my husbands. mental health and communication can be such a struggle but tools like this are life changing.
